As Owner and Founder of 36 North Properties, Audrey is the fourth-generation of her family in Monterey County, and a graduate of the University of California, Santa Cruz. Beginning her real estate career in 1998, she has gained invaluable experience managing and selling Commercial and Residential properties, and has learned over the last 20 years, the power of effective negotiation, that every problem has a solution, and that successful business begins and ends with people and relationships.
Striving to provide her clients with the highest standard of service, and the comfort that their investment is performing at its best, Audrey remains involved with many leading industry organizations like the National Association of Realtors, National Association of Residential Property Managers and California Association of Apartments ensuring that she is armed with the most recent, and comprehensive local market knowledge available.
As part of our company’s commitment to the community where we live, and do business, Audrey has worked tirelessly to support many causes. For local children’s healthcare needs, she has been involved in the fundraising efforts of Children’s Miracle Network, and helped to empower young women through leadership training and mentorship for Hartnell College’s Women’s Education & Leadership Institute.
